Hoy me hago eco de una entrada del Blog de Madri+d sobre las Acciones Madrid Sklodowska-Curie en la que nos presentan las Scientia Fellows:
Scientia Fellows is an international postdoctoral fellowship programme in Health Sciences. It will support over 70 talented researchers, by advancing their scientific career and strengthening international research relations. The programme runs from November 2014.
SCIENTIA aims to promote the life-long training and career development of researchers through international mobility to leading research institutions.
The programme is co-funded by the EU through FP7 Marie Curie Actions – People, Co-funding of Regional, National and International Programmes (COFUND). The programme provides 40 % of fellowship costs and each Host must supply the remaining 60 %.
Types of fellowships schemes
- Incoming – for postdoctoral researchers from all over the world willing to conduct their research work at the University of Oslo for 12-24 months.
- Outgoing – for postdoctoral researchers, who apply to work as a visiting researcher in a host organisation outside of Norway for 12-24 months. The researcher will continue with a reintegration phase at the University of Oslo for a period of 12 months.
Selected fellows will participate in on-going research in the host organisation while developing own projects.
