This month of October that is already ending leaves us with very good news: I inaugurate a new section! And it’s not trick or treat… do you want to know what it’s all about? Well, keep reading!
During this new season of the blog of RSR Strategy Consultant, my main objective has been to bring a real added value to all of you who take the time to read my posts. In addition, for me, the best way to learn is through the transfer of knowledge. I love to be trained especially if it is with the final destination of helping to improve the knowledge of others.
Undoubtedly, the best way to get into such technical issues, sometimes complex, as reflected in my blog, is with a good conversation. And this is what this new section “A conversation with…” is all about. To talk, to use an interview format to entertain ourselves while motivating and learning.
Lately, I am listening to many podcasts of personal development that for me are being key to face new challenges and improve professionally and personally. And the ones I like the most are the ones in which there is an interview with a person who is inspiring in different ways. And I’ve realized that, after a decade of been completely immersed in research projects and strategy consulting, I’ve been fortunate enough to meet a multitude of men and women who have inspired me along the way.
With this new section, which will be quarterly and will begin if all goes well next month, I want to make known those people who have marked a before and after in my career and who, moreover, thanks to their enormous knowledge of the R+D+i environment, can also illuminate your paths.
It is certainly the most personal section and it means a challenge for me, that I am neither a journalist nor have I ever embarked on this “interviewing” anyone. I will learn along the way and, above all, I hope to continue to convey information of interest to you in a closer and more dynamic way.
P.S.: I have already convinced the first interviewee, you won’t regret it because I bring you the voice of the participant in the last call of EIC Phase 2. Sounds great, isn’t it?
Can’t wait to start this new adventure with you!
